Open Data Playground is an innovative platform but it already has a solid network behind it. In fact, a beta version was developed and launched in 2019 and, using the profile database and the experience of Open Search Net, the first headhunting boutique to focus on Italian STEM profiles in the world since 2013, it has been host to recruitment competitions, hackathons and graduate programs over the years.
Thanks to the success and contribution of Open Search Net, Open Search Group was born in 2020, a corporate company in which we integrate a network of skills and services related to recruitment and engagement of STEM profiles. Open Search Group is organized into three hubs, different but synergistic according to a 3P model made of people, products and projects: Open Search Net, Open Search Tech and Open Search R&D and the product Open Data Playground.
Open Data Playground was developed as a response to the market’s continuous need to research, engage and evaluate Digital, STEM and Innovation competencies in a new way, but at the same time concrete and skill-based: making it possible to involve and enable a community of highly specialized experts through gamification and digital engagement systems, in order to solve data problems and test their skills.
We started with STEM profile empowerment, and today we are looking for Digital, STEM and Innovation profiles, involving the humanities and the sciences.
